Regular Membership.

The annual fee for Regular Membership is based on the number of program completers. 

• $2,500 for up to 100 completers
• $3,500 for 101-500 completers
• $5,000 if over 500 completers​

Affiliate Membership.
​
The annual fee for Affiliate Membership is a flat fee of $1,200.

Affiliate Members can apply for Regular Membership at any time--the annual Affiliate fee will be applied to the Regular Member fee.  ​
